Quote-ready or not?
Vraag offertes aan wanneer bouwers dezelfde scope kunnen prijzen.
Een offerteaanvraag is nuttig wanneer de brief genoeg detail heeft zodat twee of drie geschikte leveranciers vergelijkbaar werk kunnen prijzen. Als het project nog vaag is, gebruik eerst de planningspaginas.
