Privacy Policy

Padel Calculator collects only the information needed to operate the site, estimate project feasibility, respond to quote requests, and review vendor submissions. Optional analytics are disabled unless the visitor accepts them.

Cookie and storage choices

The site uses essential storage for cookie preferences and form/session functionality. Optional first-party analytics help us understand calculator usage, quote-flow starts, directory clicks, and report requests.

  • Rejecting optional analytics does not block access to calculators, guides, builder pages, or quote forms.
  • The cookie preference itself is stored so the site can remember the visitor choice.
  • Global Privacy Control signals are treated as a rejection of optional analytics when no prior preference exists.

Analytics and calculator logs

When optional analytics are accepted, the site may create an anonymous browser session ID and send first-party event records to private JSONL logs.

  • Events may include page path, calculator type, broad estimate outputs, button clicks, and form start/submit events.
  • The analytics session is not used to sell ads or run cross-site behavioral advertising.
  • Third-party analytics or advertising scripts must be declared and blocked until optional analytics are accepted.

Quote and vendor records

Lead and vendor forms are separate from cookie analytics. Those forms require explicit consent before submission and store consent timestamps with the private record.

  • Buyer project briefs are reviewed manually before any vendor routing.
  • Vendor profile requests are stored for review and are not published as verified without a documented review method.
  • Private records must not be exposed in sitemaps, AI discovery files, or public pages.

Legal review

This policy is an operational baseline for the MVP and should be reviewed by counsel before paid lead routing, advertising pixels, remarketing, or broader third-party analytics are added.

  • Do not add non-essential trackers without updating the banner, privacy policy, and consent records.
  • Do not rely on cookie consent as a substitute for lead-sharing consent.
