Terms

Padel Calculator provides planning information, modeled estimates, and vendor matching. It does not provide engineering, legal, financial, or construction advice. Final project decisions should be confirmed with qualified local professionals.

Planning estimates

Calculator outputs are early planning estimates, not final quotes, bids, appraisals, engineering opinions, financing advice, or construction instructions.

  • Actual costs depend on site conditions, labor, freight, permitting, drainage, foundation, lighting, access, and vendor scope.
  • ROI and revenue models depend on local demand, pricing, staffing, utilization, competition, lease terms, and operating discipline.
  • Visitors should verify assumptions with qualified local professionals before spending money.

Builder information

Directory and vendor pages may include public-source, vendor-supplied, sponsored, or reviewed information. Labels must stay visible.

  • Public-source profiles are not endorsements or verification unless a documented review method says so.
  • Sponsored placement must be labeled and must not silently change organic trust claims.
  • Vendor claims should not be rewritten as Padel Calculator claims unless evidence supports them.

Acceptable use

Visitors may use the site for project planning, comparison, and quote preparation. The site should not be used to submit false requests, scrape private data, attack forms, or impersonate vendors.

  • Padel Calculator may remove abusive submissions, spam, fake claims, or misleading vendor information.
  • Private admin pages, tokens, lead records, vendor records, and logs are not public resources.
  • Questions about corrections, deletion, or source labels should go through the contact page.

Legal review

These terms are an MVP operating baseline and should be reviewed by counsel before paid lead routing, phone/SMS outreach, checkout, financing referrals, ad pixels, or broader marketplace operations are added.

  • Do not treat these terms as legal advice.
  • Do not launch regulated workflows until project-specific requirements are checked.
